Facility Rental

Prairie Loft has space available for birthday parties, meetings, retreats, intimate wedding receptions, and other private group events. If you are looking for a unique space in a beautiful setting, Prairie Loft may be the place for you!

An indoor event space decorated with string lights and flowing white fabric. There are rows of white folding chairs arranged facing a stage or focal point at the far end. The space has multiple windows with white curtains, and an unfinished ceiling with exposed beams and poles.

Loft barn

  • The Loft Barn accommodates up to 150 people.

    Available May through October for graduation parties, reunions, company dinners, etc.

    Prairie Loft is no longer hosting wedding ceremonies or receptions.

  • $100/hour (for up to 8 hours between 9:30am and 11:30pm).

pavilion

  • This all-purpose space is perfect for luncheons, meetings, birthday parties, and more! Seats up to 24 people.

    Weather permitting, overhead doors can be opened to add patio seating.

    Sink + Restrooms + Refrigerator + Television + Wifi

  • $300 for full day (up to 8 hours); $100 for up to 3 hours.

    Additional $50 per extra hour.

pershing prairie room

  • This room is ideal for a retreat or meeting with up to 15 people.

    Modular furniture allows a variety of room configurations to suit your purpose, including audio/visual and presentation needs.

  • $300 for full day (up to 8 hours); $100 for up to 3 hours.

    Additional $50 per extra hour.
